Oumuamua

OUMUAMUA is Marc Sinan’s interactive sound performance and AI installation — a fiction based on the mysterious interstellar object of the same name, first sighted crossing our solar system in 2017.

Oumuamua collects sounds and stories that people share with it, and responds to movement and touch. Out of entirely new, hierarchy-free sound (dis)orders, a multimedia music performance emerges.
